Omarama Hangar 20m

Premium hangar and position in the Southwest new hangar at Omarama. This hangar position will accommodate a 20m glider and is subject to a hangar agreement between the other hangar owners. A final sale will be determined by the current hangar agreement, which has restrictions. I can forward a copy of the agreement to those who are showing an interest. The hangar building is one of the newer ones built and is secure, with a painted floor and of premium quality. Due to unfortunate and sad circumstances I am representing the estate of the owner to facilitate the sale. I am accepting offers which will be presented to the executor of the estate for the owner.
